We require the following information when ordering a coupling:

Flange Diameter

Measure the outside diameter of the face of the coupling

Bolt Circle

Measurement taken from the center of the bolt hole to the center of the bolt hole on the opposite side of the coupling across the bore of the coupling

Reverse or Standard

Is the coupling a standard fit or reverse fit?

Pilot

Measurement of the raised or recessed portion of the coupling

Male of Female

If the pilot is raised on your coupling, your coupling is male. If the pilot is recessed, your coupling is female

Bolt Holes

Measurement of the bolt holes as well as the number of bolt holes on the face of the coupling

Overall Length

Measurement of the total overall length of the coupling

BORE

Shaft Diameter

Tapered or Straight Bore

Is the coupling bore tapered or is it a constant diameter throughout the entire coupling?

Overall Length

Measurement of the total overall length of the coupling

BORE

Tapered or Straight Bore

Is the coupling bore tapered or is it a constant diameter throughout the entire coupling?

Fabricated Coupling

If the coupling you are requiring is non-standard or not available, we can fabricate a custom coupling in our Machine Shop for you. Send in your existing coupling and we will gladly provide you with a quotation.
